Terms and Conditions

Withdraw from contractSeller and scope
Business approval required
Rannikon Hitsauskonehuolto is an independent specialist in Fronius welding machine maintenance, spare parts and consumables, not a Fronius subsidiary. Market: Finland. Business ID and geographical business address must be confirmed. These terms are a draft.
Consumers and businesses
Business approval required
These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights. Purchases mainly for business purposes do not carry the statutory consumer distance-selling withdrawal right. B2B payment, return, liability and dispute terms require separate business approval.
Prices and payment
Product prices are in euros including VAT (25.5%). Delivery charges and the final total are shown before payment. Payment is through Stripe; available payment methods appear at checkout. The public webshop is closed and administrator test payments are not real orders.
Ordering and contract formation
Business approval required
Confirm ordering steps, correction of errors before ordering, when the contract is formed, confirmation content and provision of terms on a durable medium. Approved terms and withdrawal instructions must be provided in a form the customer can save.
Availability and delivery
Business approval required
Stock and backorder availability are shown on the product. Delivery availability and backorders must be confirmed before a binding delivery promise. See delivery information. Processing times and delay procedures require approval.
Withdrawal, defects and disputes
Consumer goods purchases normally have a 14-day withdrawal right. Instructions and the online function are on the returns page. Statutory seller liability for defects is separate from a voluntary warranty; no warranty period is promised here. Contact the seller first. Consumers may seek help from KKV Consumer Advisory Services and the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). The discontinued EU ODR platform is not used.
