Delivery area and method

The webshop delivers within Finland to the customer’s address, not parcel lockers or pickup points. Available Posti or Matkahuolto home delivery appears at checkout. Large shipments may need a separate freight quotation.

Delivery charges

Delivery is calculated from shipment weight and selected method, including product weight and packaging. The final VAT-inclusive charge is shown before ordering. Carriers, rate tables and regional restrictions require confirmation.

Delivery times and backorders

Business approval required

Processing times, transit times, backorder schedules and any split-shipment charges need confirmation. Existing site estimates are not approved delivery promises.

Delay or transit damage

Contact info@rannikonhitsihuolto.fi with the order reference and issue. Statutory consumer rights regarding delay and defects remain unaffected. Documenting damage can help investigation but is not a condition that removes statutory rights.
